What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?
We take our culture very seriously. We want the best and the brightest to be part of the R&A family. To make sure that candidates are a good fit, we conduct a thorough interview process and involve multiple departments before a final decision is made.
1 on 1 interview with our leadership team. This is our chance to learn more about each other and the job.
In person interview with your direct manager and team member outside your division.
Depending on the job you’re applying for, we will have you submit an example job to see if you’re the right fit for us.
We will reach out to you and present a formal job offer. We will then discuss next steps and an official start date.
