It’s that time of the year again, when hustle and hoopla overwhelm the heart of the holidays. Long lines and traffic jams hardly inspire heavenly peace, and wish lists of hard to find items make me downright Grinchish.
In our home, the meaning of Christmas is to celebrate the birth of the Christ child, the holy one, the only begotten Son of God. In the midst of gifting and gathering, presents and parties, cards and caroling, shopping and shipping – all traditions we enjoy – it’s easy to rush past the manger on the road to the mall.
We continually angel!
